By the end of the week, the goal is to get to a place where you can accept some version of the affirmation to claim its benefits for your life.

We often get discouraged when we go to journal because we have no idea how to start. These journal prompts will ask a question that allows the thought process to begin. I am taking the block away so you can write freely and clear space for more intentional thoughts and ideas.

Each month there is a themed workshop to help you embrace your inner CEO. We discuss the basics of your mindset, how to clear and create space, and more around the concept of self-worth. Every training is 15 minutes or less to make it easier to absorb in your pockets of free time.

The community meets on Zoom once a month to share what's on their mind and to work through a current issue. Each member that attends the call gets 10-15 minutes of my undivided attention for their specific needs.
